QUART - a jukebox in Bern West is a cultural project that links theatre and music, film and dance, poetry and culinary acrobatics and the rich life of schools and clubs and plays them all in the QUART jukebox.

QUART is a multi-layered spectacle. It is an inclusive meeting place of people from the most diverse cultures and generations, a multi-voiced platform and turntable for concerns and views of lived everyday life.

QUART is a spectacle for everyone who is at living in Bern West.

QUART is a meeting- and marketplace for different cultures, views, voices and lives from the ideas and people in Bern West. These are the main protagonists.

QUART gathers contributions (=singles) for the jukebox from schoolrooms, community centers, practice cellars of rap, yodeling or rock formations, from dance halls, writing rooms, neighborhood kitchens, from studios, meeting places, building entrances and much more: they are all part of the theatrical-musical QUART fair in June 2023.

QUART lives from and for all those who believe in the simple and at the same time great idea that people have something to say to each other, even if sometimes words are missing.
